By solving these challenges, the machine reduces the scrap rate of difficult-to-form products.
The machine adopts a servo-driven upper and lower mold system, with multi-speed controllable assistance to facilitate high-precision thermoforming. It utilizes a microcomputer-controlled temperature control system combined with a heating system, and an advanced servo sheet pulling system, enhancing both production efficiency and quality standards.
Equipment Description
Machine Frame Structure:
The frame is welded from 10# square tubes to ensure rigidity, with a pressure tolerance of over 40 tons. Bolt connections are used in critical areas for ease of installation, disassembly, maintenance, and replacement.
Forming Mechanism:
The machine’s upper and lower molds are connected through an integrated frame, driven by a precision servo motor, with a gap-free ball screw lifting system. The mold table is equipped with four parallel guide columns surrounding a precision screw, and a cold-plated light shaft for smooth operation and stable lifting. This ensures high-precision alignment between the lower mold and sheet. The machine is designed to provide an extrusion pressure of 2 tons, with both upper and lower molds made of 25mm steel plates, polished and electroplated for precision. The mold table size matches the mold dimensions and uses an aluminum alloy cold-water circulation electric mold plate.
Feeding System:
The machine features a double-rod automatic feeding frame that can feed 50-200kg per roll. It uses international dual-axis alternating locking technology, and the motor is capable of forward and reverse operation, making it easy to roll and unroll the sheet.
Heating Section:
The heating system uses 650W far-infrared ceramic heating bricks, with an insulated plate reflecting the temperature for efficient heating. The digital electronic voltage-stabilized temperature control system enables flexible adjustment of the heating area temperature and reduces energy consumption, shortening heating times and increasing production speed.
Electrical Control System:
The machine uses Delta industrial PLC control, with a touch screen serving as the human-machine interface (HMI). The Chinese interface makes the system intuitive and easy to operate. An emergency stop switch is installed for safety during operation.
Cutting System:
The forming and cutting system employs an active dual-direction variable frequency electric cutting design, with adjustable cutting speeds to achieve precise product cutting.
Safety Protection:
The discharge hopper is equipped with an acrylic protective cover, effectively preventing operators from misusing or entering dangerous areas.
Sheet Pulling System:
The servo 3KW motor sheet pulling system offers high precision, with a tolerance error of within ±0.5mm. It is suitable for various thermoforming applications, including color printing and printed thermoforming sheets.
