We are PET Sheet Solutions Provider, focuses on APET Sheet/Roll, RPET recycle PET sheet, PET ESD Antistatic sheet Roll, GAG plastic sheet roll, we also can supply the machinery for PET Thermoforming, cup machine, blister machine etc.

Our company owns 4 advanced Five-layer co-extruded PET sheet production lines, which leads to an annual production volume over 10,000 metric tons. The majority of our products are used for the industries of electronics, food, cosmetics, medical, hardware & tool, printing, and many other fields that you can think of.

WORKSHOP

Welcome to our workshop, this area is our PET plastic sheet production site, there are 4 co-extruded production lines.On the top of floor is our PET plastic sheet raw material mixing area, which dissolves plastic particles and color masterbatch at a high temperature, and then they will be extruded into plastic sheet by extrusion machine. The color can be adjusted according to Pantone color card.Our raw material is 100% virgin.

According to different extrusion strength and customers requirements, our PET plastic sheet produce thickness can produce within 0.18-2 mm. The width is 300-1400mm.

SALES OFFICE

This is our sales office. There are about 20 international sales offices. We have our own reception restaurant. As a Sino Japanese joint venture, we pay great attention to the environmental sanitation and cleanliness of the office and workshop, and are very humanized. The office area needs to change shoes or wear shoe covers to keep clean. The first floor is our workers’ canteen and gym, so we can exercise during the rest time.

Workshop is dust-free, before we go into the workshop we need to change clothes, wear hats and gloves, and after go to the wind shower room the dust will be clean. We have two workshop, the first is sheet extrusion workshop, the second is coating workshop. Now we are in the first sheet extrusion workshop. Upstairs is our mixing area, the plastic masterbatch and color masterbatch will be mixed by the proportion, which according to the requirements of customers to prepare their own formula. The masterbatch will melt into liquid and flow into the subarea screw.
