XG-1220H CNC plastic blister thermoforming machine, the latest sheet forming technology, integrated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic design, industrial control PLC and microcomputer touch display, human-machine interface, tunnel radiation single-stage double-sided heating method to complete the baking of materials, both convex and concave molds can be formed.
Function introduction
XG-1220H adopts internationally advanced plastic vacuum forming process technology, which can achieve less labor-intensive operation mode, combining heating, forming and cutting. The upper and lower molds are driven by high-power servo motors, making their mold clamping force large, accurate and stable. The electric furnace adopts independent voltage stabilization control, which saves about 30% of electricity loss than traditional vacuum blister equipment. The entire unit is controlled by PLC, and the touch display is set and operated.
Application range
Suitable for the forming of various plastic sheets such as HIPS, PLA, BOPS, PS, PP, PVC, PET, ABS, etc. The machine can produce high transparency, high stretch, shallow stretch, round, square, irregular, bi-directional stretching, flange, and other products. These include boxes, trays, bowls, lids, industrial packaging, electronic trays, food packaging, stationery packaging, cosmetic packaging, and other plastic packaging products.
